Lē'ahi Health Cafe in The Villages
Pronounced "Lei-a-He," Leahi is more than just a name-it's a movement.
It all began in 2012 in Hawaii, when my son, Jason Coleman, opened the first Leahi Health location. Inspired by a love of real food and wellness, Jason handcrafted every recipe, creating his own kombucha, dressings, and sauces. Today, he operates five thriving Leahi Health restaurants-four on Oahu and one on Kauai.
